Marble has been valued for thousands of years for its rich palet of beautiful colours and is a pefect touch of luxury anywhere in the house.
Marble, travertine and limestone can all be "antiqued" by churning tiles in drums full of sand; this distresses the edges, rounding off the corners whilst leaving the face of the tile smooth. This type of finish is most often used where a Rustic look is desired. Tumbled Marble's use isn't just limited to mosaic's, as large as 60 x 60cm format tiles are available in travertine and limestone as is the Opus random pattern.
