Concrete Flooring Maintenance

Our clients are always happy to learn about the ‘light touch’ maintenance that goes with polished concrete. Regular sweeping and mopping is all it need in order to avoid a build-up of grit or dust that could scratch the surface. We recommend that you combine this with the HTC Twister system to keep your floor looking good as new.

DirectStone applies a sealant to all their polished concrete flooring in order to harden the surface and provide resistance to staining. This will wear over time – normally 3-5 years – and it will need to be replaced professionally.
